Notarised Translation in Vietnam for Immigration Files

Vietnamese authorities accept foreign-language documents only with a Vietnamese translation certified by a licensed translator and notarised. This applies to almost every supporting document in a work permit, residence card or family visa file.

Order of operations

Immigration officers check that names and dates match the passport exactly — transliteration differences in names are worth flagging to the translator in advance.
