What is airport Fast Track?

Fast Track is a priority assistance service at the airport: a staff member meets you as you leave the aircraft, takes you through the priority lane (where the airport provides one) and guides you through immigration, customs and baggage claim as quickly as possible. It does not replace immigration checks; you still need valid documents (visa, e-visa, approval letter or visa exemption).

At peak times, immigration queues and the visa-on-arrival counter can take 30–90 minutes. Fast Track saves a lot of that time, especially for business travellers, families with young children, older travellers and first-time visitors to Vietnam.

Documents to prepare

Passport valid for at least 6 months.
One of these entry documents: Vietnam e-visa, visa sticker, temporary residence card, 5-year visa exemption certificate, visa exemption, or an approval letter (for visa on arrival).
For visa on arrival: a printed approval letter, one 4×6 photo and the visa stamping fee (from 25 USD for a single-entry visa, government rate).
Flight details: flight number and arrival or departure date and time.

How to book

Confirm and pay; we send you the name and phone number of the staff member meeting you, plus detailed instructions.
On the day: our staff meet you at the aircraft door and stay with you until you are in your car or leave the airport.

Please book at least 24–48 hours in advance. If you do not have an approval letter yet, book earlier so Info Travel can obtain it (usually 3–5 working days, urgent service available).

Fast Track cannot guarantee entry if your documents are not valid; the final decision rests with the immigration authority.
