Vietnam E-visa Service: 90 Days, Single or Multiple Entry

The Vietnam e-visa is issued online by the Immigration Department, valid for up to 90 days, single or multiple entry, and available to citizens of all countries. Requirements that cause most refusals

Passport valid for at least 6 months with two blank pages
Passport bio page scanned in full — all four corners visible, no glare
Portrait photo, straight face, no glasses, plain background, 4×6 proportion
Exact address of the first accommodation in Vietnam and the intended border gate

If the application is refused

The system does not explain the reason. In practice it is usually an image quality issue, a mismatch between the passport number and the form, or a previous overstay. We review the file and resubmit, or switch to a visa approval letter where the sponsorship route is stronger.
