How it works

- We send you the e-visa result as a PDF file.
- Print the e-visa or show the file on your phone when you enter Vietnam.
Requirements that cause most refusals
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with two blank pages
- Passport bio page scanned in full — all four corners visible, no glare
- Portrait photo, straight face, no glasses, plain background, 4×6 proportion
- Exact address of the first accommodation in Vietnam and the intended border gate
If the application is refused
The system does not explain the reason. In practice it is usually an image quality issue, a mismatch between the passport number and the form, or a previous overstay. We review the file and resubmit, or switch to a visa approval letter where the sponsorship route is stronger.
