Form NA16 – Registering a Company Seal and Signature with Vietnam Immigration: Download (2026)

Form NA16 is the letter a company or organisation sends to the immigration authority to register (introduce) its seal and the signature of its authorised signatory. It is a one-off step required before a company can sponsor foreigners (letters NA2, NA6, visa extensions…). The new version was issued with Circular 70/2026/TT-BCA.

Who uses this form?

Companies, representative offices and organisations sponsoring foreigners for the first time, or changing their legal representative or seal.

Which language to fill in: This official form exists only in Vietnamese and must be completed in Vietnamese (foreigners' names in CAPITAL LETTERS as in the passport). This guide explains each field in English so you or your company can fill it in correctly – a translated form will not be accepted.

Supporting documents and where to submit

A certified copy of the establishment licence/enterprise registration certificate.
Stamp the seal and sign directly in the boxes on the form.
Submit at the Immigration Department or the provincial Immigration Office where the head office is located.
