Vietnam Immigration Forms NA1 to NA17 (Circular 70/2026/TT-BCA)
Vietnamese immigration paperwork runs on a set of numbered forms. Since 1 July 2026, Circular 70/2026/TT-BCA replaced 16 of them. Files submitted on the old templates are returned, which costs days you may not have before a visa expires.

What changed in 2026
- 16 forms reissued; NA1a added for e-visa files
- Ceiling printed for residence card validity raised from 5 to 10 years
- Requests may be submitted in person, by public postal service or electronically
The form most companies forget
NA16. Without a registered seal and signature specimen on file, the Immigration Department will not accept anything your company signs. It must be refiled when the seal, the legal representative or the registered address changes — including address changes caused by the 2025 provincial merger.
