Since 1 July 2025, following the reorganisation of Vietnam’s administrative units, many provincial immigration offices have been renamed, placed under a new parent authority or moved: Bình Dương is now part of Ho Chi Minh City, Hải Dương is now part of Hải Phòng, Đồng Nai has merged with Bình Phước, and Đắk Lắk has merged with Phú Yên. This article brings together the latest addresses, phone numbers and opening hours of the immigration offices in Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, Đắk Lắk and Hải Dương (Hải Phòng), checked against the official police websites, the offices’ own Facebook pages and recent Google Maps reviews (October 2026).
Bình Dương Immigration Office (now under Ho Chi Minh City Police)
- Address: 17 N3 Street, former Thủ Dầu Một area (Bình Dương), now part of Ho Chi Minh City. This is still an active immigration application counter; Google Maps reviews from October 2026 show that it still accepts applications from foreign nationals.

Hải Dương Immigration Office: now moved to Hải Phòng
- The former office on Nguyễn Trãi Street (former Hải Dương) – several recent Google Maps reviews say the office has moved to Hải Phòng since the merger.

Which procedures do foreigners handle at a provincial immigration office?
