Evidence of the contribution

The file must prove the capital actually contributed, not merely the shareholding: investment registration certificate, enterprise registration certificate naming the investor, company charter and, where asked, a capital contribution confirmation. Foreign corporate documents need consular legalisation and notarised translation.

Work permit question

Capital-contributing members above the statutory threshold are exempt, but the exemption is confirmed in writing — it is not automatic. Below the threshold the investor needs a work permit like any employee.
