Vietnam Immigration Department Da Nang Office: 7 Tran Quy Cap
The Da Nang office of the Vietnam Immigration Department serves the central region and the Central Highlands, so companies and foreigners there do not have to travel to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

- Form NA16 registration for local sponsors
Catchment after the 2025 merger
Since 1 July 2025, Quang Nam has been merged into Da Nang, so companies in Hoi An, Dien Ban, Tam Ky and the Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc industrial park now fall under the city. Foreigners in Hue, Quang Ngai and Gia Lai also file here rather than travelling further.
Typical files in Da Nang
Unlike Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, where factory files dominate, Da Nang sees a high share of IT specialists, hotel and resort staff, foreign teachers and long-term residents on family status — often extending DL or TT visas, or moving to a family residence card.
Notes
- Call ahead if you are travelling in from another province.
- First-time sponsors need form NA16 on file first.
- Simple files can go to the Da Nang provincial immigration office instead.
