Temporary residence declaration for foreigners in Bac Ninh
Foreigners staying in Bac Ninh (including former Bac Giang) must be declared for temporary residence within 12 hours of arrival (24 hours in remote areas). Hotels, guesthouses, landlords, households and companies in Bac Ninh declare on the nationwide Ministry of Public Security system tbltkbtt.bocongan.gov.vn (app TBLT KBTT); accounts are verified by Bac Ninh provincial police. The old provincial declaration website is no longer used (since 21 May 2026).
