Temporary residence declaration for foreigners in Khanh Hoa
Foreigners staying in Khanh Hoa (including former Ninh Thuan) must be declared for temporary residence within 12 hours of arrival (24 hours in remote areas). Hotels, guesthouses, landlords, households and companies in Khanh Hoa declare on the nationwide Ministry of Public Security system tbltkbtt.bocongan.gov.vn (app TBLT KBTT); accounts are verified by Khanh Hoa provincial police. The old provincial declaration website is no longer used (since 21 May 2026).
