Provincial immigration offices work office hours Monday to Friday — typically 07:30–11:30 and 13:30–17:00 — and some accept files on Saturday morning. Mid-week mornings are quieter than Monday.

What goes to the Immigration Department instead

Entry approval letters filed by companies (form NA2) go to the Immigration Department or to the provincial office depending on the case. Companies with sites in several provinces usually file centrally so everything runs through one channel.

Correct 2026 forms under Circular 70/2026/TT-BCA (NA5, NA6, NA7, NA8 by procedure)
Sponsor corporate documents and form NA16 registering the seal and signature
Temporary residence declaration for the current address

Missing NA16 and a missing temporary residence declaration are the two most common reasons files are handed back.
