Catchment after the 2025 merger

Since 1 July 2025, Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau have been merged into Ho Chi Minh City. Companies in VSIP, My Phuoc and Phu My that used to file provincially now deal with the city, or file centrally here. Neighbouring Dong Nai and Tay Ninh companies often choose this office too.

Practical tips

  • Volume is high — arrive early for a queue number, avoid Mondays and month-end.
  • File NA16 first, wait for it to register, then file NA2 or NA5.
  • Start at least 10 days before the current status expires.
  • Use the 2026 form templates only.

Department or city office?

Single-site companies and family sponsorships are usually faster at the Ho Chi Minh City provincial immigration office. Our office is about ten minutes away and files here daily — fees.
