Company Electronic Account on the Vietnam Immigration Portal

Sponsoring companies can file approval requests electronically instead of queueing. The prerequisite is an electronic account registered with the Immigration Department.

Prepare first

• Enterprise registration certificate with the current address
• Form NA16 — seal and authorised signature specimen already filed
• Digital signature (token) of the company
• Company email that will receive notifications

Registration steps

1. Register the account on the immigration portal with the company details exactly as on the registration certificate.
2. Submit the registration dossier for verification, including NA16 if not previously filed.
3. Receive the account activation and sign in with the digital signature.
4. File form NA2 online and track the result in the account.

Why bother

• No travel to the reception office for each filing
• Status visible online, fewer phone calls
• Since Circular 70/2026, electronic submission is expressly recognised alongside in-person and public postal filing

Common blockers

• Company address changed by the provincial merger but not updated on the registration certificate
• NA16 outdated after a new legal representative or seal
• Digital signature expired
