The two usual omissions
- Form NA16 missing or outdated — after a change of seal, legal representative or registered address, including addresses affected by the 2025 provincial merger.
- No temporary residence declaration for the current address — the landlord must file it; see how.
Fees
Government fee 10 USD for the temporary residence stamp plus the visa fee by category (25–135 USD). Service from 2,500,000 VND — full fee table.
