Temporary residence declaration for foreigners in Thai Nguyen
Foreigners staying in Thai Nguyen (including former Bac Kan) must be declared for temporary residence within 12 hours of arrival (24 hours in remote areas). Hotels, guesthouses, landlords, households and companies in Thai Nguyen declare on the nationwide Ministry of Public Security system tbltkbtt.bocongan.gov.vn (app TBLT KBTT); accounts are verified by Thai Nguyen provincial police. The old provincial declaration website is no longer used (since 21 May 2026).
