This policy explains what Info Travel (DGROUP TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd) does with the information you send us when requesting immigration services in Vietnam.
What we collect
- Identity and passport details needed to complete immigration forms
- Contact details: phone, email, Zalo or WhatsApp
- Supporting documents you provide: corporate papers, work permits, civil status certificates
Why we collect it
Only to prepare, file and follow up the application you asked for, to issue quotes and invoices, and to contact you about the file. We do not use your documents for marketing.
Who sees it
- Staff working on your file
- The Vietnamese authorities receiving the application — the Immigration Department, provincial police, labour authorities, the Consular Department
- Notaries and translators where notarised translation is required
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
For the period needed to complete the file and to answer follow-up questions or re-file, after which documents are archived or destroyed. You may ask us to delete copies of your documents once the procedure is finished.

Security
Documents are received through private channels, stored with restricted access and not posted publicly. Original passports remain with the authority only for the processing period and are returned by courier or in person.
