Two separate costs

Every file has a government fee set by the Ministry of Finance, and a service fee for preparing and filing. We always quote them separately so you can see what goes where. Rates: fee table.

How it works

Send the documents; we quote the same working day in writing.
Confirm the quote; we begin preparing the file.
Government fees are paid at filing or on collection, depending on the procedure; we advance them where allowed and show the receipt.
Service fees are settled on delivery of the result unless agreed otherwise for long files such as work permits.

Company clients

Companies sponsoring several employees can work on a monthly account with a single invoice, and receive volume pricing from five files. VAT invoices are issued on request.
