Temporary residence declaration for foreigners in Tay Ninh
Foreigners staying in Tay Ninh (including former Long An) must be declared for temporary residence within 12 hours of arrival (24 hours in remote areas). Hotels, guesthouses, landlords, households and companies in Tay Ninh declare on the nationwide Ministry of Public Security system tbltkbtt.bocongan.gov.vn (app TBLT KBTT); accounts are verified by Tay Ninh provincial police. The old provincial declaration website is no longer used (since 21 May 2026).
