Border Gate Transfer and Visa Stamping Assistance

For foreigners re-entering Vietnam by land, the awkward part is not the drive — it is the paperwork at the gate. We combine both: a private car to the border and staff support for the entry formalities.

What is included

• Private car from Ho Chi Minh City (or another city on request) to the border gate and back
• Guidance through the exit and re-entry formalities
• Support at the landing visa counter where an approval letter is used
• Interpreter support if officers ask about the purpose of entry

Prepare before the trip

• Passport valid at least six months
• A valid Vietnam entry document for the return leg — e-visa or approval letter, arranged in advance
• Two 4×6 photos and the stamping fee in cash (25–50 USD) where a visa is issued at the gate
• The neighbouring country visa fee if your nationality needs one

Before choosing this

Crossing a border to reset a stay is a short-term fix. If you work here you need a work permit; if you live here, a residence card costs less across a year and avoids the trip entirely.
